What You’ll Do

You and your team will:
(Moving)


Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
Load and unload moving trucks
Complete paperwork and payment collection
Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks


You and your team will:
(Contracting)


ALWAYS, provide a safe & clean enviroment
Perform contracting services as per the work order, included but not limited to; decks, fences, additions, and more.
Work as a team, never performing duties that require 2 or more men .


You and your team will:
(Trash Disposal)


Always wear the proper safety attire when on site.
This is a teadeous job and requires good physical health, if you are not 100% physically capable to sustain hard physical labor, please do not apply for this position.
Load & unload trucks, trailers, dumpsters.
Remove large & heavy objects from homes, offices, business's, yards, and more.


You and your team will:
(Painting)


Keep a clean enviroment at all times. After all, you must respect the customers property.
Perform painting services within homes, business's, offices.
Be a Pro painter,


You and your team will:
(Renovations)


Follow work orders make split decisions for professional renovation contracts.
Be equipped with all the necessary tools for all renovation jobs.
Able to read & follow blueprints.



What We’re Looking For


We hire for attitude and abilities, then train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, landscaping, or moving labor is helpful.


18 years or older for movers; 25 years or older with a valid license for drivers due to insurance restrictions
Ability to communicate professionally, (in English) verbally, and in writing
MUST be dependable!
Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
If you are NOT a Canadian resident, you must provide all legal documentation proving you are legal to work & reside in Canada.
